Rachel’s career as a professional pet groomer began in 1996 as a bather. Several years later, she began her formal grooming training which she completed in 1999.

In 2003, Rachel trained her husband Shaun as a groomer, who has always loved working with animals, and had experience working for a large kennel in Parker, CO.

In 2006, Rachel and Shaun pursued their dream of starting their own home shop to offer detail-oriented, low-stress grooming with a gentle touch to pet owners of the Treasure Valley.
